Call our office to speak to a member of our property team or fill out an enquiry form and we will reach out to you.

We will arrange a free consultation with our property expert to discuss what type of property investments you are interested in, whether it be buy-to-let, HMO, refurb or others. 

We will discuss your property goals, budget, timeframe and how the process works in detail.


After paying your reservation fee we will then go to market and source the investment property for you, tailored to your requirements. 

Our service will include:

  • Sourcing a genuine, profitable deal

  • Carrying out extensive due-diligence.

  • Send photographs, comparables and thorough deal analysis.

  • Speaking with the vendor or selling agent.

  • Negotiate the deal.


In our deal analysis, we will list a full comprehensive study on the property and list out multiple investment strategies available to you such as:

  • Current market value.

  • Negotiated price.

  • Potential added value

  • Current rental yield.

  • Achievable rental yield after refurbs.

  • Estimated refurb costs

  • Other potential investment strategies with figures such as HMO, SA, BRR, conversion, title split and more.

  • Return on Capital.


Once you're happy with the terms and offer is accepted we will then begin the sales and legal process for you. This is a hands-off approach so you can sit back and relax.

We will:

  • We highly recommend our mortgage brokers. and solicitors unless you have this already arranged.

  • Manage the deal progression and conveyancing.

  • Deal with any issues 

  • Collect Keys

  • (Optional) - Manage the refurb and let.
